That was the best era and the worst era!
We are the witnesses, pioneers, and practitioners of the reform and opening-up.
We want to achieve our value and be successful in this choppy market.
In 1985, the reform and opening-up slowly took place. There were opportunities and dangers, and the three aspiring young men decided to quit as the employees of the state-owned business. With the scarce funds, they started the research and development of the Planetary Cone & Disk Step-Less Transmission Speed Variator and no one knows if they would succeed.

After 15 years of development, the company has begun to take shape and has the ability to develop a full range of reducers.
As entering the new century, to inject the young blood and the power of youth into the enterprise, the second generation took over the company’s further development, and the first generation all withdrew from the management decision-making level.
